Floating with the South River Watershed Alliance and Ranger Meredith for a 6.5-mile canoe/kayak paddle that started at Panola Shoals and taking out at Klondike Road. Everyone is welcome and will enjoy the peaceful and scenic river that forms the county line between DeKalb and Rockdale. Participants learned about the watershed, its ecology, and the human-centered issues of the river in order to become better citizen advocates.
