A 4k Las Vegas video I filmed running along the Las Vegas Strip from the area of the MGM Grand to Stratosphere at 6:30 AM.

As you can tell, not a lot of people are out at 6:30 AM so it does feel kind of like a ghost town, but it's perfect time to go out for a run. The weather is cool, there's nobody blocking your path when running, and there is so few cars on the road that you can cross streets easily as long as you are paying attention.

While filming this 4k running video, I did come across several other runners who were out getting their exercise.
