Clumber Park Caravan Club Site - Our Motorhome Travels

A last minute confirmation of booking at a bargain price of £51 total for two adults on a service pitch for two nights. In the middle of winter. Only a short distance away from us as well and we couldn’t believe we haven’t been there before.

Loads to do, walking cycling, coffee! Just off the A1, but be warned there is no phone signal in the majority of the area. There is food vans in the spring/summer but otherwise clumber park cafe is open until 4pm and a long walk away.

The site is clean, friendly and fully modernised and the best facilities block design means no more shutting off for an hour in the morning! Brilliant.

We used the free 1hr wifi which is sufficient for streaming iPlayer or YouTube but we couldn’t stream Netflix or Amazon , (we could just reactivate after each hour) there is a plug in tv point on the service pitch. There is also premium wifi for £5 Per Device.

Clumber park itself is a National Trust Estate and is stunning, we will definitely be back, with bikes!
