Travelling from Gare du Nord to Eiffel Tower? Built in 1864, Gare du Nord is an icon of rail travel in France, adorned with stunning architecture and featured in many tv and film productions, it is recognised the world over.

Located in the 10th arrondissement, the station is ideally located to serve rail services from Northern France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. Services are provided by SNCF, Eurostar, TEF, RER and the Metro.

Over 214 million passengers pass through the station each year, making it the busiest train station outside of Japan. An enormous amount of tourists are included in these passenger numbers.

There is much to see in Paris and one of the most iconic landmarks high on the visit agenda in the Eiffel Tower.

Constructed as the entrance to the World’s Fair in 1889, the Eiffel Tower draws in an incredible 7 million visitors each year from across the globe.
