Jim was nice enough to invite us into his museu...er, home for a great interview regarding his impressive collection of Racine WI. memorabilia and beer advertising. Jim's epic find of 55 conetop cans back in the 1970's was one of breweriana legend. He tells the story here-it helped pay for his house! Many epic cone top cans were found-Ambassador,Apex,Silver,Royal,Leidig's DUTCH MILL....and so many others that are the only (and finest) examples known in the hobby.

Jim is a long time collector who shares a few of his amazing stories of how he acquired some of his treasures. Back when a guy could buy a nice metal beer sign for a mere 25 bucks. I can remember hearing the story of his beer can find back when I was a kid, and it was the stuff that can fantasies were made of. It was pretty cool to sit with Jim on his couch and have his stories captured for you fellow beer geeks and collectors to hear.
