I may be a slow learner in grasping things, but I am a hard worker.

After a long day at work at PwC, I’d still sit down every night and start applying to unis and scholarships.Felix, inlaks, commonwealth… I applied to everything I truly believed in.

I even got 90% funding from Loughborough — I was genuinely ready to take it. But a week later, I got a fully funded offer.Just like that, months of late nights and rejection emails suddenly made sense.

There were days I was done. But deep down, I knew I wanted this.It wasn’t just about getting money to go to college — it was about aiming higher. I knew a scholarship wouldn’t just a means to ease the finances — it would give me global exposure, credibility, and a network of some of the smartest people in the world.

I didn’t apply for many scholarships, but the ones I did, I showed up fully. I researched everything. I made sure my applications were sharp.

btw — I didn’t apply everywhere. I kept it focused and strategic. I applied to only 4:
1. Loughborough (got 90% funding 👀)
2. Felix (current scholar)
3. Commonwealth (Rejected after interview)
4. Inlaks (Rejected after application)
