How I Read a Book a Month Without Stressing

Описание к видео How I Read a Book a Month Without Stressing

Habitual learning is the secret to continuous improvement! 📚

You don't need to be a speed reader to gain a wealth of knowledge.

In fact, that can actually be counter-intuitive.

Sure you can brag that you read 100 books in a year, but how much of that information did you actually apply?

By breaking down learning into small, manageable steps, you can make significant progress over time.

Now, I read quite a bit, but I’m not a fanatic who finishes a book a day and finishes over 300 books a year.

I simply don’t have the time. Instead, I set realistic goals.

Reading 10 pages a day may not sound like much, but it adds up. (see math below)

10 pages a day * 30 days in a month = 300 pages a month = Roughly 1 book

Start your journey of habitual learning today and see the difference it makes.

Remember, consistency is key!
