ALABS Cetus Pedal Demo: Ambient Reverb on a Budget

When the Strymon BigSky v2 dropped, I was pretty excited, as the original BigSky has been a staple in my arsenal. And then I saw the price—and quickly realized the cost would absolutely kill my pedal budget for the year.

Instead of splurging on the BigSky v2, I explored a more affordable yet impressive reverb pedal: the Cetus. In this demo, I'll showcase all 9 (yes, 9!) algorithms and discuss its controls and features in detail.

I'll also directly compare the cloud patch in the Cetus to the cloud patch in the BigSky v1.
