Luis Elizondo was a moderator of the UAP Disclosure Fund Hearing in front of the US Congress Representatives and there were 3 witnesses who took part :

1. Astrophysicist, professor of Science at Harvard University and Founder of Galileo Project, Abraham Avi Loeb from Israel

2. Oceanographer, US Navy Rear Admiral and Marine Science advisor, Timothy Gallaudet

3. Aerospace propulsion researcher, Defense Science consultant and Specialist for Exotic physics concepts, Eric Davis

Eric Davis started his testimony with presentation of the most significant projects and organizations he was working so far !!

The most frustrating experience he had was with the author of the astronomy book Cosmos, Carl Sagan who unexpectedly and suddenly changed his views about UAPs for 180 degrees !!

’ The fighter jets pilots who are trained with decades and who are entrusted to fly military airplanes which worth 20 million dollars each at once have pour vision and do mistakes when they are reporting the incredible maneuvers which UAPs are doing ’ - cynically smiled and stated Eric Davis !!

Further Davis admitted that he was following the trail of the UFO Crash-Retrieval Programs for the last 25 years and ended working on that topic for Bigelow at Bigelow Industries, Air Force Research Laboratory, Helpinoff at Earth Technologies International and finally for the Aerospace Corporation on a classified projects for the Defense Intelligent Agency and Pentagon !!

In the last 25 years Eric was contacted from so many military generals and secret agents who exposed so many details to him about the UAP Crash-Retrievals and Reverse-Engendering of Alien Technologies that he is completely sure that Extraterrestrial anti-gravity crafts and theirs Biological Non-Human Navigators are indeed inevitable reality !!

Davis also informed the US Congress Representatives that the cover-up started with the President Dwight Eisenhower and explained how the money laundry of the tax payers is done by the DoD and CIA in fact how trillions of dollars so far ended for research and development of the Off World Technologies without any Congress or Senate oversight !!

Later Eric testified how he met Jay Stratton who was the boss of David Grusch at that point and how David Grusch interviewed him long 2 days about all the Off World Technologies researches he done !!

Finally Eric Davis gave the time frame and explained that the US Government in 1944 took control over the Flying Saucer which crashed near Magenta in Italy in 1933 and started to develop American Crash-Retrieval Program for Reverse-Engineering of Alien Technologies !!

Than Davis stated that most of the Alien crafts were collected from different wars and ended in the basements of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base located near Dayton in Ohio up to 2010 when he stopped working on these Legacy Extraterrestrial Programs !!

Eric said that the answer is actually very simple and it is - ’ The way how they are fabricated ’ !!

The Republican Representative in the US Congress from Missouri, Eric Burlison wanted to know the details of the propulsion of the Alien Saucers and the type of the energy they use !!

’ The most intelligent answer about the functioning of the anti-gravity vehicles gave general Jim saying that these Alien crafts generate warp bubble which is also sub-light bubble where the shell of energy field with chosen density is used for changing the space-time continuum around the Extraterrestrial vehicles ’ - answered Eric Davis !!

Avi Loeb took the control of the microphone just to clarify that modern physics basically has 2 pillars - Quantum Mechanics and Einstein’s Theory of Gravity but modern scientists yet are not capable to figure out how these 2 pillars are really functioning !!

’ Jim Kasky wrote in his book that he entered inside of Alien Saucer but he could not find where the propulsion engine was and how the needed energy was generated so Charles Taylor speculated that the Non-Human Intelligences are teleporting the necessary energy into the crafts from the place where the energy is produced ’ - explained Eric Davis !!

At the end Eric Burlison asked details about the Navigators of the Alien Saucers - ’ Which kind of species are piloting this crafts ?? - Are they large ?? - Are there multiple species ?? - How many are usually in the crafts ?? ’

At the very end Eric Davis mentioned exactly 4 different Extraterrestrial species which bodies usually are discovered inside of the Flying Saucers so they are :

1. Reptilians [ different groups ]
2. Insectoids
3. Grays [ different fractions ] and
4. Nordics or Pleadians which are the closest to Humans with anatomy similarities !!

All of these Alien beings are human like !!
