British Airways Boeing 777-236(ER) London Gatwick to Cancun *Full Flight*

Just 6 days into 2020 and it was already time to head off for my first get away of the year. This time it was off to Mexico, a completely new country for me and a nice break from the bleak British winter. This was filmed onboard flight BA2203 a 777-200ER. A rather busy flight with just 6 empty seats on the densified, 3 Class aircraft. Once onboard pushback was bang on time and we taxied to RWY26L for departure. Service started promptly with complimentary drinks from the bar followed by the meal service which in the World Traveller cabin consisted of a choice of a Chicken with potato and vegetables or a vegetarian pasta bake. During the last quarter of the flight some absolutely stunning views first of the Bahamas, then Florida and the Florida Keys & Key West. Before starting our descent into Cancun.

As always by Full Flight I mean that the video includes all stages of the flight from departure until arrival and everything in between. Not literally an 11 hour flight of clouds and the Atlantic.

This was a newly refurbished 777 with the new densified 10 across seating in World Traveller. I was actually pleasantly surprised. A very modern interior for a 20 year old aircraft and the IFE system was brilliant. Very impressed with that. A faultless service by BA with extremely attentive and friendly crew.
You may notice at the end on the ground in Cancun you can hear the Captain asking everyone to remain seated so a passenger could receive medical attention. This happened fairly close by to where I was sitting about an hour or so before landing and I cannot emphasise how professional the crew were at dealing with it. From start to finish and during this medical incident they were incredible and a true asset to BA.
