JenesisNow- J Rater added Southern General


Go to the left-side vertical toolbar, and click on Agency, and All Locations to be taken to the Agency Locations page. Select the location desired, scroll down to locate the card where Southern General is located, and then make sure the J-Rater - Southern General is turned on. The location you are working in or the location where the client belongs to has to be on or working in and the client belongs.


In the top blue ribbon menu click on the profile, then click the blue profile button to be taken to the user profile page. Click the Credentials tab in the top left of the screen and then click the plus sign in the credential’s card to bring up a pop-up window for Credentials. Enter the appropriate information, in the first field, select J-Rate Southern General, and if this doesn’t appear then this means the toggle is not turned on in location set-up. In the Username, use your username for Southern General. Select the location in the location field, and in the company field select Southern General. If Southern General is not there, click the pencil icon next to this field to add this company to the list. Fill in the rest of the fields and then click the green save button.


Go to the Client View screen and click the policy desired inside the Policies card. On the policy screen, click the orange J-Rate button located at the top inside the policy information field to bring up the J-Rate pop-up window. In the pop-up window, select Southern General by clicking the square next to it, and then click the green Rate Policy button. Now, you can Save to Policy, Choose to rewrite policy, or bridge over to Southern General.
