How do you master this Off-the-Lip Threesixty on your Bodyboard? Follow these steps and nail this epic move!

Step 1: Setting Up for the Manoeuvre - Look ahead for a pitching section on the wave—this will be your launch point. Speed is crucial! It helps you project off the lip and complete the spin.

Step 2: Executing the 360 - As you approach the lip, do these three things simultaneously:

✅ Scoot Forward on the Board - Shifting your weight forward keeps you centred and aids with rotation.
✅ Lift and Cross Your Legs - This helps with rotational mass, making the spin smoother and easier.
✅ Throw Your Head and Shoulders into the Spin - If you’re going left, throw your head, shoulders, and upper body to the left—this initiates the spin and keeps the board following through.

Step 3: Finishing the Manoeuvre - As you finish the rotation, spot your landing back on the wave.Use the momentum to continue down the line with speed. With practice, you’ll be hitting the lip cleanly, spinning smoothly, and landing like a pro!
