Last week in the Develomark Cohort Program, Tralee Shea and the cohort partnered with a real client, Roman, to design and refine a set of ad concepts—showing what creative looks like when it’s built through real feedback and collaboration.

Here’s what the process looked like:

As a cohort, the team reviewed everyone’s concepts and selected the strongest individual directions

Met with the web design team to get detailed critique and improve layout, hierarchy, and clarity (Kevin, Lauren, and Emily)

Presented revisions to Roman, gathered client feedback, and refined again based on what he liked and what could be improved

What was created:
The cohort developed multiple ad concepts, including four designs from Tralee. One standout direction emphasized the client’s locality and reputation—highlighting Fairfield County service coverage and strong social proof.

Key elements included:

Brand consistency using the client’s existing colors and style

Three service images to quickly communicate offerings

A major trust signal: Google rating + 180+ five-star reviews

Key takeaway for next time:
Creating an additional variation of the final concept would give the client clearer options to compare and choose what resonates most.
