"Spear of Quiescence - Moskov" will be back after a revamp on 11/07!

After the revamp, Moskov's Ultimate now has more utility. When his Ultimate hits an enemy, he can blink next to the target, giving him more chasing capabilities. Additionally, a picture-in-picture feature has been added to the Ultimate to observe if the skill will land on the target.
