Potjie Mutton Curry - South African Way

Cooking on the Fire with a cast iron pot is the best way to make a great Curry. Straight forward recipe but we used wet mixed masala for that REAL Durban Flavor.

Always good to use mutton or Ox tail for potjie because it has to cook for a long lime.

I must say, this was really tasty. I will do another Potjie with the pot full to the brim.
