The video talks about a recent issues of Mass Confusion arising in Lebanon due to Daylight Saving Time. The people of Lebanon were all set to make their watch 1 hour advance on Last Sunday of March (like every year) to Save Daylight Time. However, this year Lebanon Prime Minister asked people to delay this exercise by 4 weeks to 21st April 2023. As a result, few people went ahead with this announcement and few people did not. This caused a mass confusion in Lebanon where daily activities of people's life was affected because of such confusion

On a similar issue of Daylight Saving time, Greenland decided that they will reset their clock in autumn after adjusting it at start of Spring this year. This means that people of Greenland will follow a constant 1 hour forward timing. According to officials in Greenland, this move is expected to benefit Greenland in getting more businesses from Europe and other countries.
