I think that a lot of you are trying to hide insecurities that your family, friends, or coworkers have imposed upon you which is actually making you more insecure as a result of keeping it a secret. If you were to just make your insecurities public on Instagram, on Facebook, on YouTube, etc. you would feel liberated by the fact that you don't have anything to hide anymore...
