THIRD TRIMESTER YOGA TO GET LABOR STARTED! Naturally Induce Labor with Pregnancy Yoga.

Hi friends,

Welcome to another THIRD TRIMESTER YOGA video to get LABOR started! Hurray! In this video we will go through yoga poses to help naturally induce labor as well as talk about how we can best mentally prepare ourselves for giving birth (this part is the most important step that we can take!) Remember not to be disheartened or hard on yourself if things haven't got going for you yet. Our bodies will go into labor when our babies are ready and it could simply be that this is not quite your time. But I can tell you one thing, If you're here doing this video today then it really isn't going to be too long until your sweet babe is here in your arms. I give my best tips in this video but the key really is relaxing, trusting and letting go. And of course sometimes we might even need a little more medical help along the way and that. is. ok. Trust yourself, Trust your baby and above all else just know that you've got this! I'm rooting for you! If you haven't watched my other videos on this topic, I just wanted to share that I had my babies naturally at 37 weeks and 38 weeks. There is scientific research that supports that the more you exercise during your pregnancy the shorter your pregnancy will be and the easier the labor (of course this involves statistics and not everyone who exercises a lot during pregnancy will fit this research).
