Here are my top options for the Arcade themed event quest this month. I believe these are all amazing counters to each boss.

Silver Surfer has access to easy armor breaks allowing high damage potential and shutting down Ghost's phase mechanics, even when using the champions rotation correctly you can gain a vigilance buff to counter the falter.

Warlock is a straight forward counter to Toad. He is poison immune, counters the heal, and just outright pummels him into the ground. Just be weary of the immune count in a longer fight with a weaker rank Warlock for it will still stun you after 10.

Hulk makes a wonderful Kindred counter due to the degen resistance, passive fury gains and blast of damage to crunch that pesky bug.

Kate Bishop locks onto to Spot like he's a target board. Her parry counter attack gives an easy open to strike into him and her frostbite arrow prefight tactic freezes him in his tracks. Even when you miss your mark like I did she still gets the job done.

Future Antman's tankiness, utility and damage output allows him to eat many hits while sending Northstar back to Santa.

Lastly Hulkling is the best counter (if not then Angela) to Arcade due to his survivability and reliability with dealing and receiving damage. As you can see I did not play well and never did on every Arcade fight for he is a tricky boss fight, but Hulkling and his healing, indestructible and high damage output gets the job done in the end.
