Darren Hodson, corporate finance partner at PKF, completed £3.4bn of deals in 2024. As part of Darren’s role he manages MBO processes, including raising finance to fund them. Darren has also completed deals ranging from £1m to £250m, and has 25 years experience in the sector.

Josh Gurton is a Director within the Large Corporate & Structured Finance Team at Metro Bank, working with businesses and advisers to tailor suitable debt solutions to businesses in a wide range of sectors. Josh has wide ranging experience across numerous transactions, having previously been an M&A adviser prior to joining Metro Bank.
