1 - Different Types of Body Opening Exercises.
2 - Different Types of Asana Techniques.
3 – Breathing Practices to improve the Breathing Pattern.
Classes Will be Weekly 5 days (Daily 1 hour) (MON – TUE – WED – FRI - SAT)
Thursday and Sunday Two Days Off

• Wed – Asana techniques
• Thursday – Rest Day
• Fri – Different Types for practices and techniques for flexibility
• Sat – Asana Holding Practice Each Asana Holding 1 Minute
• Sun – Rest Day
