As I wrap up the last stage of her treatment plan, I’m focusing on two areas that subtly shape feminine facial identity: the chin and lips

This isn’t about adding volume for the sake of it. My aim is to restore balance and proportion across the lower third of her face, completing a plan that started with temple and midface support, then progressed to tear trough filler and nose filler to address asymmetry

Using the Global Evidence Matrix (GEM©️ by Harley Academy) as my guide throughout, I’ve added small amounts of chin filler to refine her profile and used lip filler to provide a gentle enhancement, always working in line with her natural anatomy

It’s about striking a careful balance of creating symmetry and refining features in a way that feels elegant and authentic, not overdone. These are light-touch adjustments that help Gabriella to look refreshed and like the best version of herself
