Allie & Jake’s wedding day in Kansas City, Missouri was the perfect blend of tradition, personality, and all the little story-driven moments that make a film feel real. Their ceremony at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church carried all the emotion and tradition they hoped for — walking down the aisle, their vows, and the quiet glances between them throughout the Mass. After the ceremony, the entire wedding party loaded onto a bus to head downtown for portraits, which added such a fun, high-energy shift in the day.

The reception at Magnolia had its own personality — upbeat, lively, and filled with unique traditions. One of the sweetest parts of the night was their energy drink moment upstairs before cocktail hour, a tradition they mentioned and were excited to include. The reception flowed straight from entrances into cake cutting, toasts, dinner, and first dances. With a 360° photo booth, a packed dance floor, and a quick sunset break outside, the night had that perfect KC mix of elegance and fun.
