白汁蘑菇意粉
材料:
意大利粉200克、蘑菇200克、、蒜頭少許、牛油少、3茶匙麵粉、花奶(或忌廉)150毫升拌勻。
1. 蘑菇抹淨切片，蒜頭切蒜蓉備用。
2. 煲滾一鑊水，下1茶匙盬，放入意粉，按包裝指示煮熟，盛起。
3. 熱鑊下油爆香蒜蓉，下蘑菇炒軟。
4. 放入牛油， 加花奶150毫升拌勻，加3茶匙麵粉用水拌勻，續少續少加入至合適濃度，
可放在意粉上。
或加入意粉撈混便成。

Material:
