Watching an experienced rider run around a buoy course, carving perfect turns and throwing up a wall of water around each one, is a pretty impressive sight. But in this particular case, the rider I'm looking at has only had about 30 minutes on an angular fluorescent green and black Sea-Doo — and has never taken a buoy in his life. That rider is me, looking at my first timed run on video. Damn, I'm good! Well, actually, the RXP-X 260 is good, because almost instantly I've been transformed from a boring straight-line rider into a buoy-eating, slashing madman with an attitude. Long after the ride, I realized I was strutting around with a little more pep in my step and actually felt younger. This is no mere machine: It's the fountain of frickin' youth. And now that the average age of a PWC buyer is over 50, the RXP-X comes not a moment too soon for riders like me.
