DESCRIPTION FOR Piro Aloo / Aalu (Street food Nepal):

Piro Aloo / Aalu Stick (Street food Nepal) is one of the most enjoyed street food of Nepal. It is loved by both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. This street food is mainly found in the street of Kathmandu and Lalitpur.
I have made the recipe for this Piro aalu so that everyone of us can enjoy it in the comfort of our own home.
It will turn out very tasty if you make it just the way I made it in the video.

Ingredient list for Piro Aloo / Aalu (Street food Nepal) :

Potato – 1kg
Oil – 4 table spoon
Cornstarch or Maida – ¼ cup
Turmeric powder – 1 table spoon
Normal Salt and Black Salt – ½ table spoon each
Garlic powder – 1 table spoon
Garam Masala – 1 table spoon
Jeera powder – 1 table spoon
Red chilli powder – 2 table spoon
