Equity Leaders Program Eps 43 Jillo Fugicha

Jillo embarked on a transformative journey through the Wings to Fly School Program, gaining access to high school and later pursuing Information Technology at Meru University through the #EquityLeadersProgram. Driven by her commitment to empower vulnerable girls, she established a community-based organization called ''Inua Dada Mashinani'', rescuing over 1000 girls from FGM and early marriages. Through partnerships, Jillo also provides dignity kits and mentorship to girls and women in her community.

With a vision to establish a community-level rescue center, Jillo's story serves as an inspiration, encouraging girls to view education as a crucial stepping stone to a brighter future.
