Dance Background: I tried 2 years of Hip Hop, tried doing competitions but it was back then. Also, tried cheer dancing for a brief moment but I stopped to focus on academics. My dance background is actually minimal but since I love analysing stuffs, I get to do these types of videos. I'm not sure if I will go back to dancing after this pandemic (I hope so)

I'm THRIVING this comeback, I love it, everything is perfect, the choreography, the ALBUM, the title track, the visuals. Here's my thoughts on each members:

Seeun
Welcome back So bad era seeun lol
She's the last person I'd expect to showcase good footwork but wow, I was wrong
Her isolations are consistent
Has a grasp of dynamics
Despite her rounded shoulders, she has better body lines than most.
Seamless transitions
I think she has good understanding of her balance and weight placements that's why her transitions are clean
Potential for popping

She's nowhere bad as a performer, in fact she's better than most 4th gen out there but compared to stayc, she needs to work on her energy and facial expressions.
The timing esp in her arms are a bit unclear
She also kinda struggles with fluidity

Sumin
Has a dominating performance quality
She has good dynamics and texture
Her torso aren't that stiff
Clean lines and extensions all throughout
Decent projections
Consistent timing

Some isolations kinda missed
She kinda lacks power this era (she can add power back then)
Unable to do footworks fully
She did a bit underwhelming in the dance break, the leg pathway transition are completely missed.


Isa
She's so good at hiding her weaknesses lol
She has the beginnings of good fluidity
Can project thrown movements nicely
Very dynamic with her timing
Torso aren't that stiff
She decently gets the leg pathway and footwork in the dance break
Good energy distribution

Need more variation in her facials lol
Excess movements on shoulders esp in 0:42 and 1:43
Isolations seems underdeveloped
She has some weird coordination here and there
-Tensing up quickly in fast transitional movements and challenging parts.


Sieun
Naturally charismatic performer
I seriously think she and isa are tied
She's more coordinated than most
She also did the isolation decently
Good awareness in her body lines
Great projections

Inconsistent leg angles
Lower area coordination in general have a lot to improve
Lack of dynamics

Yoon
~ Idk what to say, I don't get the hype that she's a "lead dancer" material and if she is then chaeyoung from twice can be a lead dancer too 😃 She got the issues I expect from a tall dancer (alignment issues, misplaced angles here and there, underdeveloped isolations, lack of dynamics) but i commend her for giving performance quality.

~ She's the best performer in the group imo, maybe one of the best in this generation but wow, stiffness is very evident now. She's so choppy all throughout the dance but I like her sharp angles.
