Zelenskyy says Ukraine 'very close' to achieving its NATO membership goal | ANC

Soundbytes: President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Thursday (July 11) that Ukraine was very close to achieving its goal of NATO membership despite the military alliance not offering a political invitation to join at a summit in Washington. NATO members issued a declaration in support of Ukraine at the summit, promising additional aid and pledging to back its "irreversible path" to NATO membership, a promise Stoltenberg reiterated alongside Zelenskiy.
