On top of this, the smoker will include a stainless-steel hanging rack with 24-hooks for hanging sausage and a steel water pan for easy grease management and low-temperature control.

The Mammoth features our largest hopper yet at 40lbs. and can smoke for more than 48 hours straight at 250 degrees. In addition, our innovative lipped deflector can hold wood chunks or chips that smolder throughout your cook, producing more smoke than your average pellet smoker.
