Subject: Verification, Correction and Editing, of Registration of students of Class IX (2024)
All recognized secondary schools are hereby notified that the verification, editing, and
downloading of registration data for Class IX students for the academic year 2024 will be
conducted online through www.wbbsedata.com on and from 11 AM, 11th November, 2024 to 6 PM, 20th November, 2024. The process aims to ensure the accuracy and completeness of student
records in preparation for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026. Schools are directed to review,
verify, and, if necessary, edit their students' registration information and download the PDF file
of the finalized data for their records.
Schools are required to carefully review the registration details of each Class IX student,
including name, date of birth, parents' names, photo, signature and other relevant details. If there
are any discrepancies in student information, schools must correct them within the specified time
frame. Note that edit option will not be permitted after the end of the notified verification period.
Participation in this verification process is mandatory for all recognized schools
registering their Class IX students. Incomplete or inaccurate data submissions may lead to
complications in student records, affecting their eligibility for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026.
