Dynomax UltraFlo Exhaust on Ford Taurus SHO

Описание к видео Dynomax UltraFlo Exhaust on Ford Taurus SHO

Dynomax 39502 Stainless Steel Exhaust System (only the mufflers were replaced, I don't think I clarified this in the video) installed on my 2014 Ford Taurus. No tune, all stock, besides a drop in K&N air filter.
It is a little loud in the cabin when starting the motor cold, but once it warms up, its only a little louder than stock, with a deeper and throatier rumble, which is exactly what I wanted.

The exhaust is only loud in the cabin at lower rpms, and from a stand still. Otherwise, when cruising down a hill or decelerating, it is as quiet as stock, which is silent. Only when the motor is working harder is the exhaust note noticeable, and at higher rpms, the motor noise is able to overtake the exhaust noise. As said by other customers, there is a slight drone at 1.5k-2k rpm, but a little music covers it right up, and i got used to it real fast.

The instructions were clear, and the mufflers and clamps fit perfectly, after the original pipe had some of its surface-rust sanded off.

Over all, I'm very happy with how it turned out, if ya'll got any questions, drop them in the comments and I’ll try and answer them to the best of my ability.

Update as of summer 2023: All of the fiberglass packing fell out, the inner tube that kept it all in has rusted away. I pulled all of the packing out and the sound isn't too much different, maybe a tad louder. Does seem to pop a bit louder on decel. Still happy with them, the stainless out shell is holding up to the salt belt just fine.
