Preposition :
A preposition is a word placed before a noun or pronoun or a noun equivalent to show its relation to any other word in a sentence.

Classification of preposition :
Prepositions are divided into six classes.

1. Simple preposition
Example :- At, In, Of, For, From, On, By, To, With etc.

2. Double preposition :
Example :- Without, Within, Into etc.

3. Compound preposition :
Example :- About, Above, Behind etc.

4. Phrasal preposition :
Example :- Instead of, In spite of, By means of etc.

5. Participle preposition :
Example :- Regarding, Considering etc.

6. Disguised preposition :
Example : 'o', 'a'
