In this video, I used a simple billing or service issue concept.

Screen flows are a powerful tool in Salesforce that allow you to create interactive, guided experiences for users. They combine the best of user interface design with automation capabilities.

Key characteristics of screen flows:
User interaction: Screen flows require user input, guiding them through a series of screens.
Visual interface: You can design the look and feel of the screens to match your organization's branding.
Data collection: You can collect data from users through various input fields, picklists, and other components.
Process automation: Based on user input, you can perform actions like creating records, updating records, sending emails, and more.
Decision making: Screen flows can make decisions based on user input or other criteria, branching the flow accordingly.
