During COVID -19, many countries witnessed a steep decline in routine immunization. Due to the fear of exposing children to the coronavirus during hospital visits, in addition to disrupted immunization programs in many places, several children missed their routine vaccination around the world.

As communities open up, it’s important to work with your child’s doctor or nurse to make sure your child stays up to date on routine vaccines. Many vaccination centers, clinics, and hospitals are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of children and accompanying parents/guardians.
