Following our arrival in Jamaica Montego Bay we travelled to our Air B & B. It turned out to be beside a construction site on one side. The entrance was poorly lit and not welcoming at all. The entrance hall was shared and was not indicated on apartment details. The apartment itself was very dated, dingy, and dark. No window offered any light or view. My Queen put it succinctly when she said: 'It's like the owners inherited the place from their grandparents, and have done the bare minimum to update it.' We complained to the owners who lived upstairs and they said we could cancel the remaining 4 nights. We paid for the night we stayed, which on reflection we shouldn't have, cancelled the 4 remaining nights and got a refund from Air b & b. We then contacted a friend in Portmore who has properties for rent; and she accommodated us with the Bay Front apartment in Portmore, the subject of this video.
