No till sweet corn planting with Kasco Plotters Choice no-till drill

Follow along while we help my father-in-law plant his sweet corn this year with our no-till drill. Our family decided to help make his growing season a bit easier this year by helping plant (later weeding and picking veggies).

He had prepped the site by rototilling, which isn't usually necessary with a no-till drill. This is the only planter we have on our farm, so we brought it along. He is used to traditional till and plant, wasn't sure what to expect with this drill, so that's why you're seeing tilled ground with a no till drill!

About the No-Till Drill - It's a 4 foot Plotters Choice by ‪@kascomfg.co.inc.8758‬ It's a popular drill for doing food plots, but we use it primarily for doing pasture and silvopasture renovation work on our goat and sheep farm. The smaller drill is easier to get around in those areas. But, it does occasionally get used with food plots as well!
