How To Change From An LLC To An S Corp (How To Convert An LLC To S Corp). In this video tutorial I will show you how to change from an LLC to an S Corp.

Check your eligibility.
To change your LLC to an S Corp:
 Your business shouldn’t have more than 100 shareholders.
 Your shareholders should be private individuals.
 Your shareholders should be US citizens or resident aliens.
 Your business should only have one stock class.
 Each of your shareholders should consent to the change.
Fill out form 2553.
 If your business meets these requirements, visit irs.gov and download and print form 2553. Ensure you do this no later than two and a half months after the beginning of the tax year that you want your business to become an S Corp.
 Once you print form 2553, enter your business name, address, tax year, and incorporation date.
 If your business has over 100 shareholders, skip section G. If you're a late filer, fill out section I.
 Once done, fax it to (855) 887-7734 or (855) 214-7520
