A note about my videos: My intention is to create calming videos. I don’t do time lapse (sped-up) videos, because fast-moving images can cause a stress response in the nervous system. Creating art is a slow relaxing process, and I want my videos to reflect this. Obviously I edit out a lot of the process. It takes a lot of time to create an artwork like this, and it takes a lot of time to create videos this way but I prefer the end result.
