Canopy: Evergreen Playthrough and Review | Bits & Biology

Описание к видео Canopy: Evergreen Playthrough and Review | Bits & Biology

Welcome to Bits & Biology, a channel about board games from the perspective of a biologist gamer. In this video I play through a solo game and provide my review of Canopy: Evergreen. Set in the Pacific Northwest, this is a beautiful family game for 1-4 players with open drafting, set collection, and a bit of push-your-luck.

Timestamps can be found below in case you want to skip around.

If you’re familiar with the original Canopy, you will find that Canopy Evergreen has the same central drafting and set collection mechanisms but has some additional strategic elements, is a bit more interactive, and uses 3-dimensional trees instead of layering cards to grow the trees in your forest.

The solo game plays just like the multiplayer game except that you are competing against the Fox Spirit to see whose forest will earn the most points after 3 seasons.

Let me know you liked the video by giving it a thumbs up!
