4000 grit is right in between the grits I use for setting a bevel and polishing. 4000 grit (especially when used with a slurry) will certainly remove steel from the blade and alter the geometry of a bevel, but still not as fast as 1000 grit.

This is more or less just me honing and talking as I go along.

I had to trim just abit out of the beginning and end to make it fit for youtube, but it was only like 10 seconds so nothing relevant is missed.
