LARGE FAMILY DINNER: MEATBALL STEW

Join me as I make Hearty Meatball Stew for my Family of 13.

Ingredients:
-6 Pounds Ground Meat
-2 Cups Bread Crumbs
-8 Eggs
-1 Cup Milk
-1/2 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
-4 teaspoons salt
-4 teaspoons garlic salt
-2 teaspoons pepper
-4 Cups water
-7 cups beef broth
-2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes
-2 Cans Tomato Paste
-2 Cups Chopped Carrots
-1 Onion, Diced
-1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
-2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning

Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
2. Shape into 2 inch round meatballs.
3. Heat oil in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
4. Put meatballs in crockpot.
5. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot.
6. Cook on low 6 hours or on high 3 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through
