On Prime Time, Dr Faizan Mustafa, Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR University of Law talks about the Supreme Court verdict on a petition to review the 1994 judgement on Ayodhya land which said that 'mosque is not integral to Islam'. The three-judge bench that reviewed the petition refused to have the 1994 judgement re-examined by a larger bench. Dr Mustafa says that courts should make interpretations on law and not on religion. "Our duty is to implement the Constitution and not bother about what is essential or non-essential to religion," he says. (Audio in Hindi)
