Breaking Political Developments in Pakistan! 🚨

In today’s video, we uncover the growing divide within Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), as tensions between party workers and the central leadership escalate—especially in the digital space. The internal rift became highly visible when PTI’s official social media team refused to post statements from the party leadership that contradict Imran Khan's clear directives, signaling a major internal pushback.

This bold stance by the social media wing has sparked widespread discussion online, marking the first major public defiance within the party’s communication network. The resistance came shortly after a press release by PTI’s Political Committee and the KPK Parliamentary Party, which endorsed a controversial decision regarding the conditional approval of the 2025-26 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) budget.

PTI Political Committee’s Press Release (English Translation):

The Political Committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), in its meeting today, endorsed the decision of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly's Parliamentary Party to approve the provincial budget in a timely manner, aiming to thwart the federal government’s malicious designs against PTI's rule in the province.

The committee emphasized the need to fully implement Chairman Imran Khan’s directives regarding the budget approval and the future of the KP Assembly.

It was unanimously proposed through a resolution by the KP Parliamentary Party that the 2025-26 budget be approved conditionally, and in line with Imran Khan’s vision. The committee noted with concern that denying permission for a meeting with Chairman Imran Khan to review the budget proposals was a deliberate act of obstruction with hidden motives.

However, remaining loyal to Imran Khan’s vision, PTI and its KP government are not willing to fall prey to any conspiracy orchestrated by the central government. It was cautiously concluded that if the KP Assembly fails to pass the budget, a financial crisis could ensue, potentially halting essential services like hospitals and schools. There is growing concern that this could be used as a pretext to dissolve the KP Assembly through the imposition of financial emergency.

It was further noted that failure to pass the budget could allow the federal government to dismantle the KP government, hence, the budget will be approved with the intention of preserving the trust placed by the people and Chairman Imran Khan. It was decided that any amendment to the budget can be made based on Imran Khan’s instructions at any time. Following constitutional authority, the KP government will continue to act in accordance with Imran Khan’s future directions even after the budget's approval.
