Lets diagnose and repair the Toyota Tundra 4 wheel drive system. The 4x4 hi light is flashing and the truck wont shift the transfer case. while scoping the actuator position switches we notice some noise on one of the signals. Now we are going to have to take it apart and see what's wrong.
