As a coach who led our team to win the US Open and World Championship, here's my take on the new Push Back challenge — it's intense. Here are 6 reasons why:

Massive volume forces efficiency. Top teams grab & deploy fast.

Center lost? Shift. Opponent switches? Counter. Real-time decisions win games.
