Unboxing, Overview, & First Impressions of the Mac MTH-80 Chef Knife

I go over the specs, materials, and production for the Mac MTH-80 200mm (approx. 8 inches) chef knife. This model is from their Professional Series, featuring an integral bolster and dimples ground into the blade.

I ordered this one is for a project I'm already working on, but I thought I would take the opportunity to talk about it. I know about Mac, but I'd never seen their work up close before. Doing this review was fun and I hope to do more in the future!
