In this video I’ll go through why post workout soreness is believed to be an indicator of muscle growth (based on its connection to muscle damage), and why this perception is flawed. You’ll learn what causes muscle soreness, if workout soreness is necessary, and what the “optimal” level of muscle soreness is.
