Is King Nekhesh's Scorpion Legion Any Good in Patch 5.2? - Tomb Kings RoR Unit Focus

I considered shortening the title but naaah! For such an unassuming unit - I mean it's a SKELETON SPEARMAN RoR for goodness sakes - you don't just get poison, but it quietly gets better Melee Defence (Brit spelling) than a maxed out Rank 9 regular, and it has Expert Charge Defence a.k.a. Charge Defence vs. All, taking the "sting" away from Slayers when they charge in. Hey, it helps. Of course then you're fighting Slayers and Poison doesn't reduce their Weapon Strength anymore, but that's what your archers are there to solve, right? Right!
