Hello welcome to this 30 minute plus Guided Reiki Meditation the day of the Lunar New Year the Year of the Snake 2025 for a Transformation of healing with "Home as a Haven." My name is Tracy Lynn and I am a Reiki Master. ALL ARE WELCOME TO THIS VIDEO.

I was guided to do this meditation as a response to traumatic situations like with Climate Crisis in the world. Fires, floods have destroyed many places of dwelling leading to what is a Home? What happens after these events? Well, what happens and I know this from personal experience is loss and TRAUMA. Trauma happens to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It can come out as fear, anxiety, introsive thoughts, returning to addictive behaviors to cope. This leads to a CYCLE OF TRAUMA and the RIPPLE EFFECT OF TRAUMA that is spread from the self, to those around you the community and even future generations. This healing meditation today or whenever you use it(and many times is wonderful!) is to allow for healing of the self to replace this with a RIPPLE EFFECT OF HEALING.
